One free consultation per person per year, with no obligation to start care. Because of federal rules, the free consultation offer is not available to beneficiaries of federal healthcare programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and the VA. Patients with those plans are welcome to book a regular visit, which is often covered by their plan.
Submitting a form requests a consultation. We will contact you by phone, text or email to find a time and confirm it. If we cannot reach you, your request may be released to another patient.
